Delivery & Fulfillment

All goods sold by Beyond Motivation Academy are digital. Nothing is shipped physically.

Instant digital access

Memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), online courses, and digital downloads are unlocked in your account immediately (within 15 minutes) after successful payment. A confirmation email with your receipt is sent within a few minutes.

Where content lives

All courses, programs, planners, and tools are accessed online via your authenticated dashboard. There is no app to install and nothing to download except optional PDF planners and workbooks.

Coaching services

Coaching components are scheduled according to the specific program's terms. Where live or asynchronous coaching is included in a tier or program, sessions and coaching touchpoints are delivered through the dashboard and/or scheduled directly with the customer.

Email lead magnets

Free email-delivered guides (e.g. The Free 3-Day Reset) are sent within 5 minutes of opt-in. If you do not see it, check your spam folder and whitelist our sending domain.

No physical shipping

We do not ship physical goods. There are no shipping fees, no customs charges, and no tracking numbers to provide.

Geographic availability

The platform is available worldwide where access to general internet content is permitted. We do not knowingly sell to jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions. See our Export Restrictions notice.

Problems with access

If your account does not unlock within 15 minutes of payment, contact support@beyondmotivationacademy.com and we will resolve it manually, typically within within 1 business day.
