Refund Policy

Read carefully before purchase. By completing checkout you confirm you have read and accepted this policy.

All purchases at Naturopathic Body Healing are processed in BBD. The terms below apply to every product category we offer.

Digital products & downloads

Standalone digital products (planners, workbooks, PDFs, ebooks) are delivered immediately on payment. Because access cannot be revoked once a file has been downloaded or content has been accessed, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Online courses

If you have not progressed past the first module of a paid course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once meaningful course content has been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable.

Memberships (recurring)

If you are not satisfied with your first monthly charge on a membership tier, email us within 14 days of that initial charge and we will issue a full refund of that month's fee. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable; you can cancel at any time from your dashboard and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Coaching programs

Coaching programs that include scheduled sessions are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase and before more than 25% of scheduled sessions have been delivered. After that point, coaching fees are non-refundable.

Challenges

Paid challenges are refundable within 7 days of registration provided the challenge has not yet started. Once a challenge is underway, fees are non-refundable.

Subscription payments & cancellations

You can cancel any recurring subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@beyondmotivationacademy.com. Cancellation stops all future charges. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods of a subscription that has already renewed, unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@beyondmotivationacademy.com with the order number from your receipt, the product name, and the reason for your request. We review every refund request and respond within within 1 business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve almost every billing issue within one business day.
