1. Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing a membership at https://beyondmotivationacademy.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. Services Offered

Naturopathic Body Healing provides digital coaching content, habit-tracking software, meal planning tools, and structured transformation programs delivered through this website. All services are digital and accessed online — no physical goods are shipped.

3. Memberships & Recurring Billing

Paid memberships (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are billed monthly on a recurring basis at the published USD price until cancelled. By activating a membership you authorise Naturopathic Body Healing to charge your payment card the fixed monthly amount on the same calendar day each month, processed by PowerTranz on our behalf.

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@beyondmotivationacademy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made.

We will notify you by email at least seven (7) days before any change to the recurring amount or billing date, and at least once every six months if no charge has occurred in the prior six-month period.

4. Acceptable Use

Content is licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share login credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Health Disclaimer

Programs are educational and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any nutrition, training, or behavioural protocol.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naturopathic Body Healing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados.
