Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash.
  • Profile / program data: intake answers, habits logged, check-ins, progress.
  • Billing metadata: transaction ID, last 4 digits of card, expiry month, billing country, billing name and address. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
  • Technical: IP address, browser/device info for security and fraud prevention.

How we use your information

  • Provide access to the programs, memberships, and content you purchased.
  • Process payments and email receipts.
  • Provide customer support and respond to refund or account requests.
  • Send service emails (billing, account changes, important policy updates).
  • Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Transaction security

  • Payment details are processed exclusively by our authorised payment provider, PowerTranz, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
  • Naturopathic Body Healing does not store full card numbers on its servers at any time.
  • Cardholder data is secured during ordering and payment using TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit and tokenisation at the payment processor.
  • The site is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS) on every page, including all checkout and account pages.
  • 3-D Secure 2 (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check) is used to authenticate cardholders for eligible transactions.

How we protect your information

  • Row-level access controls on our database — your data is scoped to your account.
  • Server-side validation for all sensitive operations (payments, account changes).
  • Encrypted credentials and secrets — never exposed in client-side code.
  • Access to admin systems restricted to authorised personnel only.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to operate the service: hosting, payment processing (PowerTranz), and transactional email. Each sub-processor handles data under contractual data-protection terms.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing support@beyondmotivationacademy.com.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and basic, privacy-respecting analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure to satisfy legal and accounting obligations. Billing metadata may be retained for longer where required by tax or financial regulation.
