Intensity is sexy. Consistency is sovereign. The 80% you do every day will always outperform the 100% you do twice and abandon. This week is about boring excellence.

Intensity feels like progress because it's loud. Consistency feels like nothing because it's quiet. But every compounding outcome in your life — strength, money, marriage, skill — was built by quiet repetition you stopped noticing. This week is the audit week of Phase 2. Did you build a floor that doesn't move? Did the standard survive a hard day? If yes, you've earned Phase 3. The leader you're becoming was forged in the boring weeks.
Key Practices
- ✓Define the floor: the smallest version of the rep you will hit on the worst day.
- ✓Hit the floor 7/7. No big days, no skip days. Just the floor.
- ✓Track visibly — a streak you can see is a standard you defend.
- ✓Replace 'how did I feel' with 'did I show up' as the only success metric this week.
Common Pitfalls
- !Going for a hero week to 'finish strong.' The point is to not finish — to continue.
- !Skipping a day because today's rep would 'only' be small. Small is the assignment.
- !Comparing your floor to anyone else's. Your floor is the answer to your week, not theirs.

Resist the bigger day
Today you'll be tempted to do more. Don't. Hold the floor exactly.

Public floor
Tell someone what your floor is. Hit it. Let the standard become known.
Day 55 · Sat
Compound view
Calculate: floor × 90 days. Sit with the number. That's the version of you Phase 3 meets.

Phase 2 close-out
Complete the Week 8 scorecard. Write one paragraph: 'In 28 days of discipline, I am now…'
