Weeks 1–4 Curriculum
Nothing changes until you stop outsourcing the cause. This week you draw a line: the results in your life are downstream of the choices you've made, and the next set of results begin with the choices you make from here.
Every behavior pattern is downstream of a story. 'I'm not a morning person.' 'I have bad genetics.' 'Now isn't the time.' Stories aren't facts — they are scripts you've rehearsed. This week we rewrite them.
Excuses always sound reasonable in the moment. That's their job. This week, you stop debating them. You name the top three excuses that have cost you the most — and you build a pre-decision for each one.
Willpower is overrated; environment is underrated. If your environment makes the wrong choice easy, you will lose — eventually. This week you re-engineer the spaces, people, and inputs around you.
What you walk out of Phase 1 with
- You stop blaming people, timing, and circumstances for results you control.
- You catch self-defeating stories in real time and replace them with evidence.
- You install pre-decisions for the top excuses that cost you the most.
- You re-engineer one space, one input, and one habit cue so follow-through gets easier.
